The indy soap and fragrance startup aimed to bring their new product line to market with a direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience focused on brand storytelling and immersive fragrance profiles.

During the discovery phase, I teamed up with the digital/e-commerce strategist and packaging agency to lead the brand's expression online. Using our findings I developed wireframing documentation and visual content plans to share with the team. With the help of copywriters, 3D artists, and the branding team I led the design phase and conceptualized all aspects of the site execution including the build out of final content.

The resulting website, built on Shopify, was equipped for future expansions and included essential elements such as email programs, paid media ads, and CRM touchpoints. We also created a content-rich asset library and a style guide for post-launch activities, establishing a network of content creators, PR teams, and development agency support for future initiatives.
