Under L Catterton, the spa-inspired skincare brand relaunched as a trend-driven product line for Millennials. I was brought on to kick off the redesign project by bringing the new visual identity online.
During the discovery phase, I collaborated closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to scope the relaunch project and led the agency RFP process. I then managed the agency wireframing process before leading all site design executions and content production.
The resulting site, built on BigCommerce, provided a fun shopping experience geared toward a new, younger audience while referencing the brand's spa heritage. I continued my design role for the next 5 years, supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, site functionality upgrades, paid media, and retail partner expansions into Ulta, Target, and Amazon.
