I joined the skincare start-up to create dynamic social marketing content, CRM and email programs, ad creatives, retail partner content, and site enhancements, aligning with the branding agency's design direction.

Working closely with the digital marketing and e-commerce teams, we established weekly initiatives and collaborated with the creative VP and copywriter to conceptualize, design, and produce creative content across digital touchpoints.

This effort resulted in a successful launch, yielding a media-rich library of before-and-after content, high-converting digital ads, CRM-triggered emails, and marketing email templates. I continued in my role for the following year, overseeing the design of new marketing projects, site functionality upgrades, and retail partner rollouts.
